We have decided to place a "hold" on providing individuals with Competency Styles® Facilitator Kits and Supplies. We have discovered that individuals who want to run "branded" Competency Styles® work shops need to engage in some degree of training / mentoring / coaching / certification. Consequently, we encourage you to call us at 519-846-0100 if you are interested in doing this.

WCI Press has full facilitator kits available for purchase by individuals who lead Competency Styles® workshops.

Workshop leaders can either purchase a full kit, or only the supplies that they need. Both are described below.

Facilitator kits and supplies are available as special order items only.

Facilitator Kits are normally made up as orders for them are received. We usually ship 1 calendar week after the payment for the kit is confirmed.

Supplies are either shipped out of stock, or made up as required. We usually ship several days after payment is confirmed.

Supplies and kits are normally shipped by Fed Ex. Shipping charges will be added to your order, and depend on the volume of of supplies ordered. If you have concerns about any of this, please contact WCI Press directly. W e will work out shipping arrangements directly with you. If you provide us with authorization, we will bill Fed Ex charges directly to your Fed Ex number.

Ontario HST (13%) is added to all orders from Canadian based customers.

4 Facilitator Kits are available, one for each of the core Competency Styles® work books.

Facilitator Supplies

The items in the Workshop Facilitator Kits can be ordered individually.

Full facilitator kits contain the following items. Please make sure that you indicate the work book for which you want the kit: Gathering and Using Information (GUI), Interacting with Others (IWO), Making Decisions (MD) and Structuring Personal Activity (SPA).

FM	1	A spiral bound copy of the Workshop Leader Manual (1 sided to allow for notes, complete instructions for leading a workshop - reproducible PowerPoint Master on CD)
WP	1	A 3.5 by 5 foot Wall Poster Group Profile - printed in color on poster material that can be reused for multiple workshops, 3 metal grommets along top to aid in hanging on wall during workshops
FR	5 sets	Floor Cards used in the detail workshop section on each Behavior Area - printed in color on cardboard and laminated so that can be reused for multiple workshops
	1	A paper copy of the "Me First" instructions covering the use of the CD
	1	A paper copy of the "permissions" document authorizing the purchaser of the Kit to make copies of the copyrighted Participant and Workshop Leader manuals
	1	Starter pack of small Post-It notes for use in making up the Wall Poster Group Poster
